Waterlution - Row 1

Create your water story! Your memories of water can inspire your story along with lakes, rivers, and streams near you. Your water story can be in any form you choose (a written story, play, song, painting, or poem). Check out the videos below for some water storytelling inspiration.

Row one of the Aqua Notice Nature Card was developed by Waterlution.

NSRBC - Row 2

SSRWSI - Row 3

Participate in a Trash Tag challenge! Record litter in your community. This will allow researchers to see patterns in the movement of litter and if it has the potential to reach a water source. If plastic litter ends up in ditches, rivers, and streams it can break down to form small plastic particles called microplastics which can be harmful to fish, wildlife, and humans.

Rows two, three, and four of Notice Nature Card Three were developed by South Saskatchewan River Watershed Stewards (SSRWSI) and the North Saskatchewan River Basin Council (NSRBC).
